Light & Shadow.

For years, both Zoe and I rejected the parts of our souls that contained shadow, refusing to allow it to come to the surface to be seen and heard. When we finally did the work to honor that shadow, the most incredible thing happened. It transformed. It turned to light. It spoke of time lost, lessons learned, but most of all, of love. We no longer reject shadow, we welcome it, because you can’t have light without darkness.

There is duality in all things, and it deserves to be honored. Knowing what we know now, Sol Luna was born. The Sun and the Moon, carrying each other. Rising, together.
